Warranty
Warranty for Swag Eyewear products is 1 years from date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover used batteries or normal wear and tear of case, glass or strap. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the sunglasses resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the sunglasses and non observance of the directions provided by Swag Eyewear. It does not cover screws on sunglasses or scratching from normal use on sunglass lenses, frames or temples.
Return and Exchange Policy
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products that are purchased swageyewaer.com. You must notify us of your decision to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The notification must be done to info@swageyewear.com with your order number attached. The message must contain the following information: your order number, your reason for the return and the name of the product you wish to return. The returned product must be unused and undamaged in its original package. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Swag eyewear. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted. The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the eu, vat will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Products not covered by warranty cannot be returned to Swag eyewear.
