Where are your products shipped from?

All of our products are shipped from warehouses in Europe.

Why did I receive two different tracking numbers/Why did my products arrive at different times?

We currently have two different vendors for our products. One vendor has a processing and shipping time of approximately 5-7 business days and our other vendor has a processing and shipping time of 10-16 business days.
